Mango, Dior and others

You know what everyone asking me when coming  to China? Yes.. "Where can i buy fakes?" Here is actually millions of the places and you really can get something nice very cheap youself  BUT...
Since I arrived in Beijing, i did not buy anything like that, and I even never carry my "Natural "Chanel"
Here edges between genuine brand and fake on the street so much unvisible, so to have it its just... hmmm... feels as wrong?
For example: when i walking down the street, i see a lot of women (who, probably, working as vendor in the food store. Well, at least they look like that. And they waiting for bus in Adidas pants and with hairs last time colored about half of the year ago) but with Gucci bag! Don't you think she'd saved her last money and bought real stuff? I don't think so. Most probably she don't know what Gucci is. She just carrying A Bag. Dot.
Second example: all my friends know that "right now i live in China, where i can get all this stuff for cheap". Ok. When i coming up with vintage Chanel (it's classic model so nobody really care if its old or new), I having a lot of people winking and asking for how much i bought it? 100 yan? When i reply that its genuine, they all say: C'mon, we all know!!!
Now China is the huge market of luxury goods. Even bigger than Russia. But, if I will see chinese woman on the street (good if she have Bentley next to her) and with some brand bag, i'd probably think that she carrying fake. Even if it's genuine brand, and even if she .... whatever...
So here is my question of the day: What is deal to buy all this stuff here? Even real. China having a bad reputation about fakes. China have to do something with it. Really
