Young monk on the Beijing street

When i just took this picture, i thought that he, might be a student of some religion colledge which is located in Beijing. But then, one of my friends told me, that he is already a monk (he have the clothes one of Koreans monasteries) and he having some kind of signs on his head.

I am not really good at those things. May be someone can tell me really whom he might be?
