Some weird stuff

Do you really know what is it? Because i don't. For me now it looks as some kind of insects, but, trust me, its smells as a fish. Only one thing i've understood while few days been walking via those kind of stores: it's  used as medication.
Vendors even was willing to give me piece to try, but sorry. Better if i will die without medication, that from meds. Especially those ones)))
